Refund Policy

This policy governs any requests for the return of payments made for services provided via the VeronaPay platform. Unless stipulated otherwise in a signed agreement, all fees paid to VeronaPay are final and non-refundable.

General Policy
Fees are considered fully earned and non-refundable once services have been rendered or access has been granted. This includes, but is not limited to, charges for platform access, account setup, onboarding procedures, verification efforts, and compliance-related work. Refunds will only be issued in circumstances explicitly mandated by applicable consumer or payments law.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
In the event you suspect an erroneous or duplicate charge, please promptly contact us at info@veronapay.com with the relevant payment details. We will investigate the matter and, if an error is verified, we will correct the account and issue a refund for any overpayment.

Chargebacks & Payment Reversals
If a payment is disputed and reversed by a cardholder, bank, or other financial institution (e.g., via a chargeback), you remain liable for the original fees, as well as any associated administrative costs or losses incurred by VeronaPay as a result of the dispute, to the extent permitted by law and your contractual agreement with us.

Submitting a Refund Request
For a formal review of any refund request, you must submit a detailed inquiry to info@veronapay.com containing the following information:

  • Your registered business name and the email address on file.
  • The specific transaction ID or payment reference number.
  • The date and amount of the charge in question.
  • A clear explanation for the request and any supporting documentation.

Refund Processing
If a refund request is exceptionally approved, we will process it back to the original payment method whenever possible. Please note that the timing of the refund’s posting to your account depends on the processing policies of the involved banks and payment networks, which may entail additional business days.
